About the Event
Perhaps the most holy date on the Christian calendar is commemorated in this annual event.
What started out as throngs of people celebrating the entry of their Messiah into the Holy City seems to come crashing down as Jesus is sentenced to die in Rome's most painful form of torture.
With a definite focus on the cross, this sombre service helps us reflect on why.
