2026 All Church Retreat - "Generosity in a field of Lavender"

A retreat shaped by queer stories, hopes and spiritual longing

Generosity in a Field of Lavender is a space to pause, breathe and reconnect with the heart of our faith. Through worship, guided reflection, small group conversation and creative exercises, we will explore how faith and community can speak to the hopes and needs of LGBTIQA+ people.

This retreat invites us to deepen our spiritual reflection, strengthen our connections across diverse experiences and listen closely to what our wider LGBTIQA+ communities seek in faith and belonging. Together we will name the qualities that make an inclusive and life giving spiritual home and express the kinds of messages and invitations that help people feel seen, welcomed and encouraged to explore faith.

Join us as we gather in a calm and creative space shaped by queer stories, hopes and spiritual longing, and imagine how MCC Sydney can continue to offer a community where every person is recognised and valued.

Registration Fee: $10 or pay what you can
